Construction onsite at Evergreen, Spring Farm has progressed nicely over the past few months.

Stage 800B2 & B3 lots
We have successfully registered 73 lots in Stage 800B2 & B3. This marks a significant milestone in the project, opening the doors for prospective homeowners to be a part of this vibrant community. It also signifies our progress towards building more turnkey homes, and creating a thriving, masterplanned community at Evergreen, where residents can enjoy the very best of modern living.
Easton Avenue
Land lots on Easton Avenue have titled. We are excited to see all our land purchasers on Easton Avenue starting on their building journey, expanding our community and making Evergreen an even more vibrant place to call home.
Campion way development
Development housing works along the Campion way is progressing smoothly and on track. Our team has been working diligently to ensure that every detail meets the highest standards, from infrastructure to the finishing touches. We are now preparing to unveil the next phase of our community’s expansion.
